Our new free customer portal, mySCM was rolled out at the end of 2016 and after only a few weeks over 10% of our customers have started to use this new online service helping them save time with administration.
Customers can now access their jobs and calls as well as obtain copy certificates and invoices for all their sites in one place with a few clicks

Jane (the other one that is!)
Jane Burfoot has been with us since 2011 and has recently changed her role at Southern Care. She has now moved from General Admin Assistant to specialising in the ordering and supply of parts for the Nursing Equipment Division.
"Some of the parts we have to track down and purchase for the Hoists and Beds come from European countries. However, being in the EU unfortunately doesn't always mean that we can rely on a fast delivery to us"
In this new role Jane deals with our engineers, suppliers and customers so she has quite a unique hands-on-role and is often referred to as "the fount of all knowledge"!
